Complimentary Trial Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If offered, the initial complimentary period of <strong>3 months<\/strong> allows businesses to evaluate the platform without charge. After the trial period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The subscription will convert to a paid status unless canceled in writing before the trial end date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Subscription Billing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual subscriptions are billed once per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are due in advance of service periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Subscribers may cancel by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sending written notice to: service@hoa-now.com<br>Subject Line: \u201cSubscription Cancellation \u2013 HOA-Now\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monthly subscriptions: Effective at the end of the current billing cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual subscriptions: Non-refundable after payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trial subscriptions: Must cancel before trial expiration to avoid billing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
