Target User                                                                                                               SkillGP is designed for self-motivators and learners eager to advance their careers. However, it is not for everybody as self-improvement requires constant determination, disciple, and willpower to change habits and get on track to a path of success.

Everyone can improve their skills by increasing their awareness, setting clear goals, and harvesting good habits. Everyone can and does use personal core and analytical skills every day but prefers to distinctively utilize some more than others, reflecting their personality type.

• Obtain a certification of completion for having to take all required SkillGP Assessments.

How to use SkillGP

• Sign Up 
• Take your first SkillGP Assessment.
• Use the SkillGP Tracker tool to build your personalized skills improvement plan. This tool offer references to skill development content, subject-matter experts, courses, coaches, and more.
• You will receive a certification of completion for each group of skills.
• User your SkillGP’s ID in your resume, profiles, and social media and let people find your achievement in SkillGP Board.

Taking SkillGP’s assessments is just the beginning. If you found out that your assessments are interesting and you want to improve upon your findings, you may want to explore some of the resources we offer. Remember, a knowledgeable and skillful person is the single largest assess a company may have.

Now that you are aware of your skill levels, you may find it useful to discuss the results with your manager, coach, and friends. It may also be valuable to ask them to complete an assessment for themselves. It will enable you to share results and receive quality feedback while increasing accountability. Also, practicing meditation, coaching, and personal reflection will help you with the life-long process of improving your skills. Developing a deep understanding of yourself and learning skills can help you conquer obstacles and achieve new and challenging goals.
